Because the risk factors for glaucoma are broad, you have very little control over most of them. The one area you do have some control though, is nutrition. Eating less processed foods and sugar while eating more lean protein and vegetables (leafy greens in particular) would be of great benefit. Drink plenty of fresh juices and make sure to supplement for any of the important optic nerve supporting supplements (lutein, zinc, vitamin – B complex, essential fatty acids, etc.)
